Description

Distribution:

Endemic to mountainous regions of Yunnan Province, China—especially the central and eastern highlands.

Natural Habitat:

Typically inhabits clear, fast-flowing mountain streams at mid to high elevations. Individuals are most often observed under boulders, in jointed rock crevices, or among cobble and talus along stream banks.
